Data Protection Declaration
The Coburger Kartonagenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG (Coka) considers it important not only that customers, business partners, staff and users should determine what information is disseminated on the internet about them, but also to protect the personal sphere, generally. Browsing through internet pages generates (personally related) data (e.g. IP addresses, used browser, date and time of the access...) which are recorded and evaluated by the provider.
Coka records, processes, passes on and collects no personally related data itself from the website visit.
The service can be utilised anonymously. Coka uses no cookies. Insofar as internet use allows the entry of personal and business information (email address, name, address...), the information is given by the user on an expressly voluntary basis.
Voluntarily given, personally related information for purposes of marketing is only utilised if you have expressly given your consent for us to do so. This consent can be withdrawn at any time in the future by using the following e-mail address: Vertrieb@coka.de.
We will only pass on personally related information to third parties without your consent if we are obliged by law to do so.
We reserve the right to alter this data protection declaration. Alterations will be announced on our homepage so that you can always see which personally related information has been collected, processed and used by us. Utilisation of personally related information in a manner that deviates from the scope of use announced at the point in time of recording is effected only after the user has been notified to this effect by email. Every user can then decide whether he permits the altered utilisation of his information or not.
