The aim of our endeavours is to pursue the ongoing improvement of our management system. In the process we base our actions on the KAIZEN concept that envisages the integration of all staff in the optimisation measures. Our management system is founded on the three pillars of ecology, economy and social responsibility. Together they generate valuable synergies that benefit our customers, staff and the company equally.
In concrete terms this means that we implement a multitude of market and customer focused measures that meet either legal requirements or national and international standards. The correspondensnig certificates are not there to decorate the wall, but rather the methods they represent serve as a binding orientation in our day-to-day work.
